Refund Policy

Donations, contributions, and voluntary support made to ITHIHAS HERITAGE FOUNDATION are generally non-refundable in nature. We view these contributions as a collective commitment to the preservation of our shared cultural memory and historical continuity.

Genuine cases such as duplicate transactions, technical payment errors, or accidental excess payments may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the Foundation's sole discretion.
Any refund request should be communicated within a reasonable time along with relevant transaction details and supporting information.
The decision of the Foundation regarding refund requests shall be final and subject to applicable laws and institutional policies.
